Mental health - The most ignored yet most important aspect of our health

When was last time we sought help for our inner turnmoil???

When was last time we took a break just for ourselves. When was last time we were not occupied with all those thoughts and genuinely be at peace and happy???

When was last time we tried to ask why we are not feeling at peace inside????

Being subjective suffering, being limited to self in fast paced millenial lives , at same time connected to trillions through online world.

Fact is we all are alone in some way or another . We all are psychologicallly vulnerable . We all are crying inside, and yearning for that perfect life.

But, how often we do investment in ourselves??? A question to ask ....

Maybe some way or another.... But for mental health sadly there is no gym... No trainer, no objectivity....

Stress, deadline ,lack of sleep ,lack of time for friends family, never ending competetion

and what not...we often have accepted as normal.

With fast paced world things will only go south from here.....

So, normalise, being with urself, pampering urself...going on solo trips, going on vacation and at same time accept not being ok. Talk it out, seek therapy seek counsel...but don't ignore it....

As we all know... A healthy body cannot exist without healthy mind.
